The problem is concrete: B2B SaaS buyers increasingly start research inside ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude, but marketing teams have no reliable way to see whether their brand shows up in those answers, how it is described, or which competitors get cited instead. Traditional SEO tools track blue-link rankings, not synthesized LLM responses. We call this product Answer Signal, an AI Visibility Monitor built for B2B SaaS marketing teams running content programs. Answer Signal repeatedly prompts ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude with the buying-intent questions a team cares about (category comparisons, alternatives, use-case queries), captures the responses, and reports whether the brand is mentioned, how it is positioned, which sources the LLM cited, and which competitors appear alongside it. The MVP is narrow: a prompt library per customer, scheduled runs against the three named LLMs, a dashboard showing mention rate over time, share-of-answer versus named competitors, and the citations feeding those answers so content teams know which pages to strengthen. Revenue is a straightforward monthly SaaS subscription tiered by number of tracked prompts and competitors, aimed at the marketing budget line that used to fund rank trackers. Go-to-market mirrors how the incumbents already sell: educational YouTube walkthroughs and comparison content, since the community signals show buyers actively watching Peec AI, Ahrefs Brand Radar, OtterlyAI, and SE Ranking demos. Growth loops come from shareable visibility reports that a marketer forwards to leadership, competitor benchmarks that pull new logos into the same category conversation, and content recommendations that, when acted on, improve the customer's own AI visibility and give us a demonstrable before-and-after case study to market with.
