What to build

Event producers and conference organizers who already run presentation timers face a repetitive, error-prone chore: assembling speaker briefing packs. These packs pull together the run-of-show, individual speaker timing allocations, stage cues, and last-minute changes into a document that speakers and stage managers can actually follow. Today this happens in a mix of spreadsheets, Google Docs, and manual copy-paste from timer tools, and every schedule change means redoing the pack by hand.

The Stagetimer Speaker Briefing Pack Generator solves this by hooking directly into Stagetimer sessions and auto-generating printable and digital briefing packs from the live timing data. When a producer sets up timers and cues in Stagetimer, the generator turns that into a formatted run-of-show, per-speaker cue sheets, and a stage-manager master document. When timings change, the pack regenerates.

MVP: a Stagetimer session importer plus a template engine that outputs PDF and shareable web packs, with run-of-show, timer segments, and cue sheets. Revenue comes from a per-seat or per-event SaaS subscription aimed at the producer, who runs many events per year. GTM is direct outreach to the existing Stagetimer user base and the broader community of teams already using presentation timers, since the product only makes sense as a complement to a timer they already trust. Growth loops: every speaker who receives a branded briefing pack is exposed to the tool, and stage managers who see the master document at one event carry it to the next. Multi-event producers become repeat, sticky customers because the pack templates and speaker data compound across their event calendar.

Keyword signal is weak: events tools at volume 110 with 0 percent growth indicates a small and stagnant search interest. The listed communities are largely irrelevant, including a Launch HN about an LLM Siri and several StackExchange audio and cross-platform coding threads, none of which touch event production. This means there is no observed community pull for this specific problem in the brief. Treat the market as niche and unproven from these signals.
